Windmont Park Light Festival is a magical wonderland. View vivid colors and whimsical lights celebrating the spirit of the Christmas season in Kewanee. Sunday, December 2, Santa arrives in the parade and signals the opening of the season with a fireworks display. The viewing season continues through New Year’s Day.
